Subtitle: The Indispensable Guide To Living As A LIP And Working From Anywhere You Choose
Official Blurb says:
The ultimate guide for people who want to live and work from anywhere. Taking advantage of an internet-enabled world, the book is written by an ex-rat racer who escaped the corporate treadmill and now runs her business from far flung places throughout the world.
I say:
I only really read in bed just before 'lights out' and this book written by an online colleague/virtual friend took me just 2 nights to rip through. I had always wanted to be a 'Lip', but when it came to choosing where to go, I opted for Wales (from London) and then got a dog so any ideas I had of working in warmer climes have been relegated somewhat.
In any case, whether you're a LIP wannabe or not, this book makes for inspiring reading and contains some very useful pointers on how to operate an online business from anywhere you fancy - and who's to say that your local Starbucks is any less desirable than Panama, S Africa or India!
