I won a prize!  at our recent Autumn rally meeting and used it last night so thought I'd tell you how fab it is.  The new Forged Cutlery Carving set is superb, effortless and comes in a lovely presentation storgae box, so would make a great present.

Other product I love when doing roasts are the meat lifters - a product I'll forgive you for thinking 'well I've managed for all these years without so I don't need them' (just like I did!), butask your self how many times have you stuck two forks into your beef or chicken and had them begin to fall out so your turkey or lamb almost ends up doing a somersault onto the plate - how many lucky escapes can you have before you loose your dinner onto the floor........

The meat lifters are a one off purchase and will make transfering even the    biggest turkey on Christmas day a breeze and of course they go in the dishwasher so no bother at all.   (For the man who likes 'cooking' twice a year - as in a BBQ and carving on Christmas Day they are the perfect present - ha ha!)
