HOW DO I HOST A COOKING SHOW?

1) Contact me to find a convenient date for your show or if you aren't local to me I'll pass you on to one of the lovely ladies in my team.

2) Invite all your friends, family, neighbours and work colleagues along for an evening of fun and food.

3) Select a recipe that tickles your tastebuds from our selection and getthe ingredients (about £6 for most recipes which will serve 12-15 guests.

Seaoning is the process of your stoneware turning naturally non-stick, this is very similar to the principle of a wok. This is why I say stoneware just gets better and better the more you use it. Hi Everyone

The last 2 weeks have flown by! I usually use writing a quick blog as a way of sitting down and taking 5 mins out with some rolos and a coffee. (Have still been eating the rolos and the rolo tarts though!) Can't believe it's only 12 weeks till Christmas too!

I am discovering a new benefit of working from home, being able to have a dog! I've no experience of being a dog or puppy owner, we are learning fast, so helpful suggestions welcome - but isn't he adorable!

COURGETTE CURRY MUFFINS for Sue

These are really really easy,

Put 5 eggs into a large bowl & beat lightly

Add the following: 2/3 courgettes grated

1 large onion grated

100g grated cheese

1 cup self raising flour

½ cup of oil

1 tsp curry powder

11/2 tsp oregano

(Optional: add 3 slices of diced smoked bacon)

Mix all together & placeteaspoonfuls into the deluxe mini muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 mins at mark 5 (160-170C)
