We've just received all the flight details and the itinery for the incentive trip to Monte Carlo.    We are staying in the Hotel Hermitage, so if anyone has been there before let me know if it's totally gorgeous!     First night we have been invited to dine at Le Cafe de Paris in casino square, they say it's casual dress????
