I know this doesn't sound that inspiring but it is delicious.   I have had to train myself not to eat little bits left over from my recipe demo's but this one I scrape the bowl every time.       I do BBQ shows over the summer and often demonstrate the Hot Vegetable Dip,  as it's such a social chat, share and dip type recipe and a conversation

I have been a Pampered Chef Consultant for 7 years but it was a lady called Doris Christopher who founded The Pampered Chef® (US) in 1980. I have met Doris on numerous occassions and she is a lovely, down-to-earth and graceful lady.   Her previous career background was as a home economist and teacher, so she was used to demonstrating and explaining recipes and kitchen tools.&

55  g pecans

115  g light soft brown sugar

1  egg

2  tablespoons golden
