These are really really easy,

Put 5 eggs into a large bowl & beat lightly

Add the following:  2/3 courgettes grated

1 large onion grated

100g grated cheese

1 cup self raising flour

½ cup of oil

1 tsp curry powder

11/2 tsp oregano

(Optional:  add 3 slices of diced smoked bacon)

 

Mix all together & place

I'll be honest and say I had a major blow to my business this week and one totally out of my control and so therefore it's been VERY frustrating.   However, I've found my favourite old quote and it helps, so I thought I'd share it with you all and spread some good vibes with a new recipe for you all too.

This trip was a bit of a last minute ‘extra' so to speak, with all the excitement of conference and after the highs of winning 3 awards, the long summer holidays spreading before me.....  - well , lets face it I thought we deserved it!        What I wanted to tell you all about though is a lovely lady called Sue Fleming from Travel Counsellors, 

Someone quite rightly said  having holidays and time out from your business was a good thing - well  I agree!    I've been sunning myself again for a week and eating  lovely fresh food - why do tomatoes  taste soooo much better in Europe??????  

Well as usual I've managed to read a couple of books and been pleasantly surprised - a friend

I have such fun going out and meeting people and seeing in people's houses too, that my job could never really be described as boring even after having presented over 580 shows. We have great incentives too, like the 5 star incentive trip each year and new products and logo items to collect and as you know I'm partial to the diamonds. However what makes our business particularly enjoyable

When I ask at my shows who already has a piece of stoneware and one of the guests says 'yes',  I know I am onto a winner and my job is half done.  Us Brits may not shout out 'I got it, I love it' as they tend to do in the States but I know my job is going to be easy nonetheless.   

I then ask 'what do you cook in your stone?'
